Before reading this post we highly encourage you to channel the sounds of Louis Prima’s “Che La Luna” and maybe pour yourself a glass of vino.
Now that we’re all in “Italian mode” let’s talk cibo (food) more specifically, National Spaghetti Day! In honor of this delizioso (delicious) cuisine we’ve prepared spaghetti alla CVB.
What is spaghetti alla CVB you ask? It’s spaghetti Big Bowl style. We filled our massive Big Bowl full of pasta al dente (cooked – but firm to the bite), magnifico (magnificent) sauce and giant meat balls topped with formaggio (cheese).
We invited some of our coworkers to help us indulge in our over-the-top pranzo (lunch). We broke pane (bread), discussed the holidays and enjoyed a plate of freshly prepared spaghetti. We hope our exaggerated presentation and family-style celebration made Italy proud.
If your office doesn’t have a Big Bowl and you don’t have time to cook several pounds of pasta and sauce; the following restaurants would be delighted to help you and your guests celebrate #NationalSpaghettiDay and have you saying “mamma mia” in joy.
