Now we’ve added a Mobile Information Center (MIC) that will expand our reach beyond the city limits.
Inspired by the design of food trucks, the MIC was customized so that staff from The Colony CVB could interact with guests and provide more information about The Colony, by going to where they are.
The exterior design maximizes every usable surface for The Colony CVB’s marketing message; THE Lake, THE Golf, THE Fun – Where you go to play!; and is visible while the vehicle is in motion as well as stationary. To keep it looking fresh, the MIC will be rewrapped periodically as The Colony adds new attractions and to reflect current marketing.
In addition to being a rolling billboard, the MIC features plenty of storage for informational guides, maps and swag items:

Generator, stow-away seating, electrical connections, A/C, heater, fans and lighting so that staff can interact with the public under any type of conditions for extended periods of time.
